How do I book a car from Faro Cars?

In order that we book your preferred car, we will require the following details:
Name, Email address, Phone number, arrival and departure flight number and dates
and time.

weekends. Your feedback and concerns are important to us and would be glad to assist
with any queries that you may have.
Where do you procure these cars from?
All cars are from our self-owned fleet, each not more than 6 months old.
We are not car hire brokers and do not deal with any third party to provide you
with your preferred car.
Do you have any restriction on timings for delivery of cars at the Faro airport?
Delivery and collection at the Faro Portugal
airport is free of charge every day
from 08:00hrs to 21:00hrs. Our staff will await your arrival at the airport terminal
with a placard bearing your name. Your car is handed over to you at the parking
area once all the paper work is over. Paper work includes noting your passport and
driving license details, please keep them in handy upon arrival.
What is the minimum rental period that I need to book a car for?
Our minimum rental period for booking of a car is 7 days.
Do you allow a grace period for returning the car?
We allow one hour after the time given as departure. If returned later than one
hour after the given departure time, an extra day is charged.
What if I have change of plans and need to change the rental period?
For any changes to your flight details and to the car hire period, please inform
us at least 12 hours ahead by email or fax or on the phone so that cancellations
and modifications can be done at ease.
For any extension to your car hire rental while at Faro, simply give us a call
at our office and speak to our Customer Support Staff.
Can I drive the car to outside of Faro?
Cars cannot be taken outside of Faro.Faro
Cars is not liable for any loss or
damage occurring under such circumstances.
When are extra charges levied if any?
Extra charges are levied on wheels, tyres (puncture), theft of personal items, damage
to interiors, fines, towing, loss of keys and unauthorised drivers. A charge of
12Euros per hour will be made for call outs due to negligence of client.
What do I do in case of an accident or similar incident?
In the event of an accident, theft or damage to the car you must report the incident
to the police and call our office to inform us. Our staff will let you know of the
best option under the given circumstances.
