Casa de Estoi started its journey a century ago to become what it is today. It was built by José Palermo de Faria Lopes (great uncle of the current owner Maria Helena), in the first year of the 20th Century, as a family home. Since then it has undergone many changes to come to its current status. It has been extended to a first floor, with the comfortable and welcoming rooms being located at the ground floor.
The very recent renovations made were with the sole purpose of making conciliation between the past and modern comfort requirements of the modern day guests and to serve the purpose of ‘Turismo de Habitação'.
Owing to its ancient architecture the rooms are huge and spacious!! The ceiling, stone archways and walls keep revealing the beauty of the hotel as you pass through. The hotel awaits its guests to loose themselves in the rooms, the hallways and the quiet nooks and corners of its property, and discover a new detail about her. The hotel offers comfortable surroundings calling for nothing but rest and relaxation. So what are you waiting for just let loose and experience the ecstasy...
